Return & Refund Policy

We take hygiene and safety very seriously. 
For this reason, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on socks once they have been shipped — even if they are unworn or unopened.
This policy is in full compliance with EU hygiene regulations and the Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(e)), which excludes the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bredtfabian@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund if applicable.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the sale becomes final.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
