Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within the EU
We currently ship to all EU member states.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped with tracking — you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the European Union. Orders placed outside the EU will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed include VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with EU regulations.
There are no customs fees for orders shipped within the EU.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at bredtfabian@gmail.com with your order number.
We will investigate with our carrier and keep you updated.
